Juan Mendoza
Juan Mendoza has been a proud homeowner at One Lake Place since 2016 and now serves on the HOA board, bringing his extensive background in commercial banking to support the community. He is passionate about fostering a culture where every resident feels empowered and their investments are protected.

Juan encourages open communication and collaboration, welcoming input from residents and remaining dedicated to reestablishing the value and unity of One Lake Place.

Karla Covington

Karla Covington joined the One Lake Place community in 2021 and has been an active board member since 2022. With a background in administration for the State of Washington, Karla brings exceptional critical thinking skills and a thoughtful approach to problem-solving. She has been a consistent advocate for fiscal responsibility and believes every dollar spent by the HOA should enhance the community’s future.

Mike Campbell
Mike Campbell joined our community in 2023, after retiring from a career in book publishing. He has been on several boards in the past, including his prior condominium HOA in Kirkland, WA; his professional association PubWest; and his church in New York City. He also brings skills from years of managing small businesses.

His goal in joining the Board is to protect our investment as homeowners, while keeping expenses in check; many residents are seniors living on fixed incomes. However, the HOA must provide sufficient maintenance and plan wisely for future costs, which requires careful budgeting. He hopes to join in creating a welcoming community for all—including renters—making One Lake Place a desirable place to live.
